The sausage sizzle is perhaps the oldest fundraising tradition in Australia and immensely important to be able to continue our service to the boating community… \nA big thank you to Aldi for supporting Marine Rescue Hervey Bay by providing all of the ‘ingredients’ for the day’s sausage sizzle.  \n\nSo come down and say “gidday” and grab a delicious snag and/or other tasty snack! \n\n

DESCRIPTION:\n					\n						There are 2 classes of Certificate\, one being the SROCP\, (restricted to VHF only) and the other being the LROCP. (Unrestricted and includes MF/HF). \nIf the Certificate is for your personal use only\, the SROCP is the one easier to pass with less questions to answer. If you are aiming to work on a Commercial Vessel\, join a Rescue Group\, or own a MF/HF set then you will require the LROCP. \nYou must make a final decision at the time you lodge your Application Form or Online Application as to which test you wish to sit so the appropriate test papers can be ordered in. \nThe Radio Courses are held over 1 day\, with the exam being held in the afternoon.
