2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

  • Financial Report
  • Election of Executive and Management Committee for 2021-2022
  • Appointment of Solicitors for 2021-2022
  • Appointment of Accountants for 2021-2022
  • Membership Fees for 2021-2022

Nominations close 12 noon Wednesday 15 September 2021.   Please put completed forms in the locked Nomination Box which will either be in the Administration Office or Commodore’s Office (after office hours.)

Nomination forms are available near the Sign In Register and in Administration Office.

Current Executive & Management Committee members are required to step down at the AGM but may renominate for a position.

Nominations are called for the following positions:

  • Commodore
  • Vice Commodore
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Vessel Group Coordinator
  • Radio Group Coordinator
  • Operations Manager

The list of nominees with nominators and seconders will be displayed on the Base Noticeboards after 12 noon Wednesday 15 September 2021.  If there are more than one nomination for any position a silent ballot will be held at the AGM.

Please note that the AGM may be rescheduled if further Government Health restrictions are imposed.
